Friends of Music

What a day! Friday March 12, 2010, was truly an amazing and overwhelming day. It was an extreme honor to be in attendance at the Friends of Music luncheon. I was also completely humbled and grateful for their generosity to help me get to Salzburg this summer. That is a day that I will not soon forget! As I sat in the room I could feel everyone's support and excitement for me, which was an amazing feeling to have a group of people supporting your dreams and aspirations. I truly could not have done this with out you and I would like to take this time to thank each individual member of The Friends of Music for not only helping to support me, but for helping to support the arts in a time when many arts programs are suffering. These programs are so essential and it is thanks to people like you that they are surviving today! Thank you once again and I can't wait to tell you all about my experience!
